    靜態產品簡介:

    靜態電流繼電器用途:

    靜態電(dian)(dian)流繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)用于發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)、變(bian)壓器(qi)和輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)線(xian)的過負(fu)荷和短路保護裝置中作為啟動元件。

    靜態電流繼電器結構原理:

    1、當(dang)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)過流時(shi),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器將按反時(shi)限或定時(shi)限延時(shi)動作并切斷電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),且反時(shi)限或定時(shi)限以(yi)及延時(shi)時(shi)間的(de)長短(duan)均可依(yi)靠撥動開關(guan)來靈活選擇。 靜態電(dian)(dian)流繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器,采(cai)用進口集成電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)構成;

    2、被測(ce)量的交流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)I經(jing)隔(ge)離變流(liu)器后,在(zai)其次級得到(dao)(dao)與被測(ce)、電(dian)流(liu)成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi)的電(dian)壓(ya)Ui。經(jing)定值(zhi)整(zheng)定后進行(xing)整(zheng)流(liu),整(zheng)流(liu)后的脈沖電(dian)壓(ya)經(jing)濾波(bo)器濾波(bo),得到(dao)(dao)與Ui成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi)的直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)Uo;

    3、在電(dian)平(ping)檢測中Uo與直流(liu)(liu)參(can)考(kao)電(dian)壓Ue進行比(bi)較,若(ruo)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓Uo低于參(can)考(kao)電(dian)壓,電(dian)平(ping)檢測器(qi)(qi)輸出正信號,驅動出口繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi),繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)處于動作狀態,反之(zhi),若(ruo)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓Uo高于參(can)考(kao)電(dian)壓Ue,電(dian)平(ping)檢測器(qi)(qi)輸出負(fu)信號,本繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)處于不動作狀態。

    靜態電流繼電器技術參數:

    1、功率消耗:

    交(jiao)流回路功耗(hao):小于0.5VA(交(jiao)流額定值5A時);

    2、整定誤差:

    a、在整(zheng)定值(zhi)范圍內,整(zheng)定平(ping)均(jun)誤差的絕對值(zhi)不大于3%;平(ping)均(jun)誤差=(5次測量平(ping)均(jun)值(zhi)-整(zheng)定值(zhi))/整(zheng)定值(zhi)×100%;

    b、在(zai)標準條(tiao)件下,同(tong)一整定(ding)值上測(ce)量(liang)的5次動作值的最大(da)值和最小值應不大(da)于4%;

    c、在(zai)-10℃50℃的(de)(de)溫度(du)下(xia),任一整(zheng)(zheng)定(ding)點誤差的(de)(de)絕(jue)對(dui)值(zhi)應(ying)不大于(yu)整(zheng)(zheng)定(ding)值(zhi)的(de)(de)5%。d、在(zai)輔助電壓80~110%變化范圍內,任一整(zheng)(zheng)定(ding)值(zhi)整(zheng)(zheng)定(ding)誤差的(de)(de)絕(jue)對(dui)值(zhi)應(ying)不大于(yu)4%;

    3、動作時間:

    1.1倍整(zheng)定值的動作(zuo)時間不大(da)于(yu)30ms;2倍整(zheng)定值的動作(zuo)時間不大(da)于(yu)20ms。

    4、返回系數:0.90~0.95;

    5、返回時間(jian):不大(da)于27ms;

    靜態電流繼電器常用測試:

    1、測(ce)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)阻用萬能表(biao)的電(dian)(dian)阻檔,測(ce)量常(chang)閉觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)與動點(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)阻,其阻值應為0,(用更加精(jing)確(que)方式可測(ce)得(de)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)阻值在(zai)100毫歐以(yi)(yi)內);而常(chang)開觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)與動點(dian)(dian)的阻值就為無窮大。由此可以(yi)(yi)區別出那個是常(chang)閉觸(chu)點(dian)(dian),那個是常(chang)開觸(chu)點(dian)(dian);

    2、測線圈電阻可(ke)用萬能(neng)表R×10Ω檔測量(liang)繼電器線圈的(de)阻值,從(cong)而(er)判斷(duan)該(gai)線圈是否存在著開(kai)路現象;  

    3、測量吸合(he)(he)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)吸合(he)(he)電(dian)流找來(lai)可調(diao)(diao)穩壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)源(yuan)和(he)電(dian)流表(biao),給繼電(dian)器輸入(ru)一組電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),且(qie)在(zai)供電(dian)回路中(zhong)串入(ru)電(dian)流表(biao)進行監測。慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)調(diao)(diao)高電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),聽到(dao)繼電(dian)器吸合(he)(he)聲時,記下(xia)該(gai)吸合(he)(he)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)吸合(he)(he)電(dian)流。為(wei)求(qiu)(qiu)準確(que),可以試多(duo)幾次而求(qiu)(qiu)平(ping)均值(zhi);

    4、測(ce)量釋(shi)(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和釋(shi)(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流也是像上述那(nei)樣(yang)連接測(ce)試,當(dang)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)吸合(he)后(hou),再逐漸降低供電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),當(dang)聽到繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)再次發(fa)生(sheng)釋(shi)(shi)放(fang)聲音時,記下此時的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,亦可嘗(chang)試多幾次而取得平均的(de)(de)釋(shi)(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和釋(shi)(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。一般情況下,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)釋(shi)(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)約在吸合(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)10~50%,如果釋(shi)(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)太(tai)小(xiao)(小(xiao)于1/10的(de)(de)吸合(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)),則不能正常使(shi)用了,這樣(yang)會對電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)穩定性造(zao)成威脅,工作不可靠。
