    電磁式電流繼電器結構原理:

    1、繼電器(qi)系電磁式,瞬時動(dong)作,磁系統有(you)兩個線(xian)圈,線(xian)圈出頭接在底座端子上,用戶可以(yi)根(gen)據需要串并聯,因(yin)而(er)可使繼電器(qi)整定變化一倍;

    電磁式電流繼電器原理特性:

    能夠使(shi)(shi)過流(liu)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器開始動(dong)作的(de)最(zui)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),稱為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。當繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器動(dong)作后電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)均勻減小,使(shi)(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器可動(dong)觸點返回(hui)到原(yuan)始狀態的(de)最(zui)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)即繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)與(yu)動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)比(bi)值(zhi)就是繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)返回(hui)系(xi)數(shu)。

    電磁繼電器的工作原理和特性:

    電磁式電流繼電器使用維護:

    1、繼(ji)電器(qi)(qi)使用前,需取去(qu)外(wai)殼(ke),拔出機器(qi)(qi),檢(jian)查有無在運輸中產生的(de)(de)(de)損壞(huai),如(ru)動(dong)片碰(peng)到(dao)磁板(ban),游絲各圈相碰(peng),動(dong)牌軸(zhou)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)等,為此(ci),將(jiang)(jiang)繼(ji)電器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)針整(zheng)定(ding)在第一整(zheng)定(ding)點(dian)上(shang),用手(shou)將(jiang)(jiang)可動(dong)系統往磁板(ban)方(fang)向轉動(dong),然后放開,可動(dong)系統應當轉回到(dao)原來位置直(zhi)到(dao)止檔,然后進行必要的(de)(de)(de)調整(zheng)和整(zheng)定(ding);

    2、繼電(dian)器在(zai)重新調整時(shi),必須保證(zheng):

    2.1、可動系統的(de)軸向(xiang)活動量在0.15-0.3mm之間;

    2.2、動片(pian)與磁極間的(de)氣隙,應當保(bao)證繼電器(qi)在(zai)規(gui)定的(de)任何工作情(qing)況下,動片(pian)和(he)磁板(ban)不(bu)得相碰(peng);

    2.3、具有動(dong)合觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)和(he)動(dong)斷觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)的(de)繼電器(qi),橋形(xing)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)不得同(tong)時接(jie)觸(chu)(chu)一動(dong)合靜觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)和(he)一動(dong)斷靜觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian);

    2.4、當指針由(you)第一刻(ke)度值(zhi)旋向最終刻(ke)度值(zhi)時,游絲(si)各圈(quan)不相碰(peng);

    2.5、繼電器動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi),橋形觸點應當在靜觸點的中心線上(shang)滑動(dong)(公差(cha)±lmm),動(dong)、靜觸點總氣隙不小于2mm;

    2.6、靜觸點(dian)和限制片之間的距離應不大于(yu)0.3mm;

    2.7、在調整(zheng)繼電器的(de)動作(zuo)值時(shi),最小(xiao)整(zheng)定(ding)值的(de)調整(zheng)主(zhu)要是(shi)改變游絲反作(zuo)用力(li)的(de)大小(xiao),最大整(zheng)定(ding)值的(de)調整(zheng),主(zhu)要是(shi)改變動片和磁板間的(de)氣隙等;

    2.8、不宜潤滑繼電器軸和軸承;

    2.9、不(bu)允許(xu)用(yong)(yong)砂紙或(huo)其它粗(cu)造(zao)材料(liao)清(qing)潔觸點(dian)(dian),宜(yi)用(yong)(yong)鋒(feng)利的(de)刀刃或(huo)清(qing)潔的(de)細磨石清(qing)潔觸點(dian)(dian),然后用(yong)(yong)清(qing)潔的(de)、柔軟的(de)布片擦(ca)干凈,避免(mian)用(yong)(yong)手指接(jie)觸觸點(dian)(dian)。
