電磁的選用:
在選用(yong)電磁電流繼電器(qi)前,要(yao)(yao)先了(le)解必要(yao)(yao)的條件:
1、控制電(dian)路的電(dian)源電(dian)壓,能提(ti)供(gong)的最大電(dian)流(liu);
2、被控制電(dian)路中(zhong)的電(dian)壓(ya)和電(dian)流;
3、被控電(dian)(dian)路(lu)需(xu)要幾組、什么形式的(de)觸(chu)點。選(xuan)用(yong)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器時,一般控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)壓可作為(wei)選(xuan)用(yong)的(de)依據(ju)。控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)應能給繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器提供(gong)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)工作電(dian)(dian)流,否則(ze)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器吸合是不穩定的(de);
以下(xia)是了解電(dian)磁式電(dian)流繼(ji)電(dian)器必(bi)要(yao)條件的(de)策(ce)略(lve):
1、查閱資料:
查閱有(you)關(guan)(guan)資料(liao)確定使用(yong)條件(jian)后(hou),可(ke)查找相關(guan)(guan)資料(liao),找出(chu)需要的(de)繼(ji)電(dian)器的(de)型號(hao)和規格號(hao)。若(ruo)手(shou)頭已有(you)繼(ji)電(dian)器,可(ke)依據資料(liao)核對是否(fou)可(ke)以利(li)用(yong)。最(zui)后(hou)考慮尺(chi)寸是否(fou)合適;
2、注意器具的(de)容積(ji):
若是用于一般用電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi),除(chu)考(kao)慮(lv)機(ji)箱容積(ji)外(wai),小型(xing)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)主要考(kao)慮(lv)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)板安(an)裝(zhuang)布局。對(dui)于小型(xing)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi),如玩具、遙(yao)控裝(zhuang)置(zhi)則應選用超小型(xing)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)產品;
3、電磁電流繼(ji)電器技術參數(shu):
(1)額定工作(zuo)電壓:
是指繼電器正常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)時線圈所需要的電壓。根據繼電器的型號不同,可以(yi)是交流電壓,也可以(yi)是直(zhi)流電壓;
(2)直流電阻:
是指繼電(dian)器中(zhong)線圈(quan)的直流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),可以通過萬用表測量;
(3)吸合電流:
是(shi)指繼電器能夠產(chan)生(sheng)吸合(he)動作的(de)最小電流。在正常使用(yong)時,給定(ding)的(de)電流必須略大于吸合(he)電流,這樣(yang)繼電器才(cai)能穩定(ding)地(di)工作。而(er)對于線圈所加的(de)工作電壓,一(yi)般不要超過額定(ding)工作電壓的(de)1.5倍(bei),否則會產(chan)生(sheng)較大的(de)電流而(er)把線圈燒(shao)毀;
(4)釋放電流:
是指繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)產(chan)生釋放動作的最大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。當繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)吸合狀(zhuang)態的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流減小(xiao)到(dao)一定程(cheng)度(du)時,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)就(jiu)會恢(hui)復到(dao)未通電(dian)(dian)(dian)的釋放狀(zhuang)態。這時的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流遠遠小(xiao)于吸合電(dian)(dian)(dian)流;
(5)觸(chu)點切換電壓和電流:
是(shi)指繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)允許加(jia)載的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)流。它決(jue)定了繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)能控制電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)流的(de)大小,使用時(shi)不能超過此(ci)值,否則很容易損壞(huai)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)觸點。
電磁(ci)電流(liu)繼電器應用:
電(dian)(dian)磁電(dian)(dian)流繼電(dian)(dian)器是(shi)電(dian)(dian)鈴、電(dian)(dian)話和自動(dong)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路裝置中(zhong)的重要部(bu)件,其實(shi)質是(shi)由(you)電(dian)(dian)磁鐵控(kong)制的開關,在電(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)起著(zhu)類似(si)于開關的作(zuo)用:
(1)用低電(dian)壓、弱電(dian)流控制高電(dian)壓、強電(dian)流;
(2)實現遠距離操(cao)縱和自(zi)動控制(zhi)。
利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)流繼電(dian)(dian)器可以用(yong)低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓、弱電(dian)(dian)流的(de)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路來控(kong)制高電(dian)(dian)壓、強電(dian)(dian)流的(de)工作電(dian)(dian)路,并且能實現遙控(kong)和生產自(zi)(zi)動化。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)流繼電(dian)(dian)器被廣泛地應(ying)用(yong)于自(zi)(zi)動控(kong)制(如(ru)冰箱、汽(qi)車、電(dian)(dian)梯、機(ji)床里的(de)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路)和通信領(ling)域。
