    電流繼電器與電壓繼電器的區別?

    在高壓(ya)配電(dian)運行或(huo)者低壓(ya)維修過程(cheng)中,我們電(dian)力作業人(ren)員經常都會碰到各種(zhong)各樣的(de)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器:,,速度繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器等(deng)等(deng),當然也(ye)包(bao)括我們常用(yong)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器和,那么電(dian)壓(ya)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器和電(dian)流(liu)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器有什么區(qu)別呢(ni)?一般都應用(yong)于什么場合?

      一、電流繼電器與電壓繼電器在結構上的區別:

      主要是線圈(quan)不(bu)同:

      電(dian)流(liu)(liu)繼電(dian)器(qi)的線(xian)圈與負(fu)載(zai)串聯以(yi)反映負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)流(liu)(liu),故(gu)它的線(xian)圈匝數少而導(dao)線(xian)粗,這樣通過電(dian)流(liu)(liu)時的壓(ya)降很小(xiao),不會影響負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)路(lu)的電(dian)流(liu)(liu)。電(dian)壓(ya)繼電(dian)器(qi)的線(xian)圈與負(fu)載(zai)并(bing)聯以(yi)反映負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)壓(ya),其線(xian)圈匝數多而導(dao)線(xian)細(xi)。

      二、電流型信號繼電器和電壓型信號繼電器的區別?在使用中如何區分?

      電流(liu)型信號繼電器:

      電壓低(di),電流(liu)大,線經(jing)粗,圈(quan)數少,阻抗(kang)小(xiao),體(ti)積小(xiao),一般是與用電器串聯使(shi)用;

      電壓型信號繼電器:

      電壓高(gao),電流(liu)小,線經細,圈數多,阻抗大,體積大,一般是通過(guo)開關直接(jie)接(jie)在電源兩端。

      三、電壓繼電器、電流繼電器的特點與應用場合:

      1、電壓繼電器的特點與(yu)應用場(chang)合:

      (1)電(dian)壓繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)一種常(chang)用的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)式繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi),電(dian)壓繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)用于電(dian)力(li)拖動系(xi)統的(de)電(dian)壓保護和控制;

      (2)電壓繼電器的線圈并(bing)聯接(jie)入主電路,感測主電路的線路電壓;觸點接(jie)于(yu)控制電路,為執行元件;

      (3)按吸合電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的大小,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器可分為過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器和欠電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器;

      (5)欠電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(KV)用于(yu)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的欠電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu),其釋放整(zheng)定(ding)值為線(xian)(xian)路(lu)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的0.1~0.6倍。當被(bei)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)正常(chang)時(shi)(shi),銜鐵(tie)可靠吸合;當被(bei)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降至欠電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的釋放整(zheng)定(ding)值時(shi)(shi),銜鐵(tie)釋放,觸點機構復位,控制接觸器及時(shi)(shi)分斷(duan)被(bei)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。零(ling)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器是(shi)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降低到5%~25%UN時(shi)(shi)釋放,對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)實現零(ling)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)。用于(yu)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的失壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu);

      2、電(dian)流繼電(dian)器(qi)的特點與應用(yong)場合(he):

      (1)電(dian)流繼電(dian)器是一種(zhong)常用的電(dian)磁式繼電(dian)器,電(dian)流繼電(dian)器用于(yu)電(dian)力拖動系統的電(dian)流保護和控制(zhi)。其線圈(quan)串聯接(jie)入主(zhu)電(dian)路,用來(lai)感測主(zhu)電(dian)路的線路電(dian)流;觸點接(jie)于(yu)控制(zhi)電(dian)路,為(wei)執(zhi)行元件;

      (2)電流繼(ji)電器(qi)反映(ying)的是電流信號。常用(yong)的電流繼(ji)電器(qi)有欠電流繼(ji)電器(qi)和過電流繼(ji)電器(qi)兩種(zhong);

      (4)過電(dian)(dian)流(liu)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(FA)在電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)正常工作(zuo)時不動作(zuo),整定(ding)范圍通常為額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)1.1~4倍,當(dang)被保護線路(lu)(lu)的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)高于額(e)定(ding)值(zhi),達到過電(dian)(dian)流(liu)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的整定(ding)值(zhi)時,銜鐵吸合,觸點機構動作(zuo),控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)失電(dian)(dian),從而控制(zhi)接觸器(qi)及時分斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)。對電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)起過流(liu)保護作(zuo)用;

      (5)JT4系列交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)適合于(yu)交流50Hz,380V及以下的自動(dong)控制(zhi)回路(lu)中作(zuo)零電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、過電(dian)(dian)(dian)流和中間繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)使用,過電(dian)(dian)(dian)流繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)也適用于(yu)60Hz交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu);

      (6)通用電(dian)磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)繼電(dian)器有:直流電(dian)磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)和交流電(dian)磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)繼電(dian)器。
